Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist
Front Range Treatment Center in Greenwood Village, CO (Denver Tech Center area) is seeking an experienced, team-oriented clinician to join our specialized DBT therapy team.
We are a DBT-focused practice that primarily provides comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), along with other evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT). We serve adults, teens, and families in a collaborative, supportive team environment. Our clinicians deliver high-quality care mainly in-person, with the option for some telehealth.
This posting is geared toward experienced DBT clinicians. If you're relocating, we're happy to talk through timing.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field from an accredited program.
- DBT experience: Demonstrated experience delivering DBT in a clinical setting, including individual DBT and skills training groups. Formal DBT training expected; DBT-Linehan Board certification a plus.
- Clinical experience: Established history providing individual therapy, with demonstrated comfort working with high-risk, suicidal, self-harming, or substance-using clients.
- Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) full Colorado licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Position Details:
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
- Primarily in-person, with the option for some telehealth appointments.
- We are not hiring for fully remote-only roles at this time.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individual DBT and CBT-based therapy.
- Co-lead DBT skills training groups.
- Complete timely, high-quality, and well-organized clinical documentation.
- Actively participate in weekly team consultation and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate closely with our supportive, team-oriented staff.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on licensure, experience, and caseload.
